Whitney Pappas

I am a Senior Business Development Officer at Cornerstone Wealth Group, joining the firm in 2025. I serve as the primary point of contact for our Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions program, a role I value deeply because it allows me to support advisors, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to the firm’s long-term growth.

I bring more than 20 years of experience in financial services and wealth management. Over the course of my career, I played a key role in scaling Personal Capital from its startup phase to a unicorn acquisition, leading customer success teams and contributing significantly to AUM growth. Most recently, at Compound Planning, I focused on developing go-to-market strategies and expanding growth through strategic partnerships.

In 2023, I was honored to be recognized among the Top 50 Women Leaders of Denver by Women We Admire. I am also committed to community involvement and currently serve on the Regis Young Alumni Board and NICST – Dogs4Diabetics.

Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, mountain biking, and skiing. Earlier in my athletic career, I became the first person from the state of Arizona to be recruited to play NCAA intercollegiate lacrosse—an experience that continues to shape my drive, discipline, and approach to leadership.
