Terri Fiessinger

Since joining Cornerstone Wealth in 2010, I’ve brought over 20 years of accounting and management experience to our executive team. It’s been a privilege to grow with the firm, taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2013 and Chief Financial Officer in 2018. In these roles, I oversee the firm’s operations and financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and establishing effective controls. My focus is on ensuring operational excellence, fostering growth, and creating a strong foundation for Cornerstone’s continued success.

I’m passionate about leading an organization where people, processes, and strategy come together seamlessly. From implementing operational controls and adopting cutting-edge technology to enhancing reporting systems, I work closely with the executive team to execute growth strategies that drive efficiency and results. Before joining Cornerstone, I held the position of controller for several small to midsized companies across multiple industries, partnering with small business owners to help them better understand their financial position and achieve sustainable growth. This experience gave me a deep appreciation for empowering others through financial clarity, something I strive to bring to Cornerstone every day.

Outside of work, I’m an avid boater with a love for offshore fishing, diving, and snorkeling. A lifelong animal lover, I actively support various animal and marine rescue organizations, along with RettSyndrome.org and hurricane recovery charities. Whether helping grow Cornerstone or giving back to causes close to my heart, I’m inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.
