Gretchen Monteleone

I joined Cornerstone Wealth in 2015 as a Staff Accountant, bringing over nine years of accounting experience with small to mid-sized companies. In my role, I manage all aspects of revenue, expenses, and payroll, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Prior to joining Cornerstone, I worked as an Accountant for a mid-sized company in Charlotte, where I developed a strong foundation in working with accounts, customers, and employees. I take pride in delivering accurate and reliable support that makes a positive impact behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader who finds joy in spending time outdoors. I’m passionate about giving back to my community, whether it’s adopting highways and beach accesses for litter cleanup or supporting families who have lost loved ones to cancer through various charities. I believe in making a tangible difference, both at work and in the world around me.
