Client Service Relationship Manager - Greenville, SC

The Relationship Manager assists in the management of all aspects of the client relationship for a Wealth Advisor/Wealth Advisor Team. This individual provides a broad range of technical and client management support to a high-performing wealth management team, is dedicated to client service, and has the highest ethical and professional standards of excellence.


  • Act as a liaison between the Wealth Advisor and client and is the primary contact for the client
  • Attend client meetings with the Lead Wealth Advisor and organize and coordinate any follow-up
  • Assigns tasks and directs the workload of a Client Service Associate 1
  • Supports the Wealth Advisor team in business development initiatives
  • Assist the Wealth Advisor in gathering relevant client data including demographic, financial, suitability, and risk tolerance
  • Input and update financial plan data in eMoney
  • Update client financial and suitability data as needed
  • Prepare sales materials for clients and prospective clients such as illustrations, hypotheticals, and educational materials
  • Requesting insurance quotes/illustrations
  • Prefilling insurance applications
  • Schedule/confirm meetings for the Wealth Advisor
  • Prepare and organize review materials for meetings
  • Coordinates follow up activities resulting from the client meeting
  • Assists client with retirement plan rollovers
  • Prefilling of new account applications, asset transfer forms, and other specific maintenance requests
  • Take and coordinate money movement requests including distribution processing
  • Maintain electronic client records


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in the financial services industry (preferably with an RIA)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and proven ability to learn other software and technology
  • Demonstrated excellence in the following areas:

    • Ability to identify and resolve problems
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and demands
  • Series 65 license or willing to obtain
