    Keith Lauver, Space Monkey Partners

    Program Summary:

In 2024, our team participated in the Working Genius assessment, a tool designed to uncover the unique ways each of us contributes to work and collaboration. This assessment identifies six distinct types of "working genius": Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. We're excited to welcome Keith, who will guide us through a comprehensive debrief of our individual and collective results. During this session, we'll explore how our diverse strengths align, identify potential gaps, and discuss strategies to enhance our teamwork and productivity.

    Presenter:

Keith Lauver is a seasoned entrepreneur and the visionary founder of Atomic Elevator and Space Monkey Partners. With extensive expertise in brand storytelling, lead generation, AI-driven product evaluation, and consumer behavior, Keith has consistently achieved remarkable results.

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Keith is an avid aviator, a business and aviation instructor, and a dedicated leader within his local youth ministry.

  • A professional man in a dark suit, white shirt, and pink tie, smiling against a modern architectural background.

    Nick Niemann, BEI

    Program Summary:

Families who lead thriving Family Businesses across generations often have more than just business plans—they have shared expectations, reflected in Codes of Conduct, that shape how they live, lead, and grow. In this session, we’ll explore how the idea of a “Code” provides a powerful foundation for trust, stewardship, honor and continuity. We’ll introduce the Family Enterprise Initiative, a comprehensive framework that helps high-performing families turn values into growth, capital into impact, and potential into purpose. We’ll highlight how top advisors serve as the essential guides—transforming family vision into enduring legacy. This is more than planning. This is a quest for Family Enterprises to endure across generations and for the Family’s Trusted Advisor Team to become indispensable to the Families you serve.

    Presenter:

Presenter Nick Niemann is a Family Enterprise Attorney.  He is a long-time Partner with the Omaha-based, national McGrath North Law Firm. He works with high-performance legacy families, and their trusted advisor teams, across the country to help design and deploy the Family Enterprise Initiative.

  • Headshot of a woman with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a black blazer, pearl necklace, and pearl earrings, smiling against a gray background.

    Lara Mego, Fidelity

    Program Summary:

“The Decade of Generational Wealth" initiative highlights the significant wealth transfer expected from baby boomers to their heirs between 2020 and 2030. This transition presents a pivotal opportunity for our team to adapt to better serve multi-generational families.

    Presenter:

As a coach, speaker and facilitator in the family wealth space, Lara uses the latest thought leadership from the Fidelity Center for Family Engagement (FCFE) to help Fidelity Institutional clients develop the mindsets and skillsets to connect more meaningfully with their clients and to differentiate their businesses by expanding advisor-family partnerships across generations. Lara has spent more than a decade building expertise by working across many of Fidelity’s businesses and with institutional clients and their advisors. Lara earned her MBA from Babson College and her undergraduate degree in American Studies from Hamilton College. She and her husband Alex are raising their two young daughters in the Boston area. They continue to practice navigating complex topics around money, wealth, and estate planning with their own extended family.
